Isaiah saw the Lord. He was sitting on a lofty throne, and the train of his robe filled the Temple. 2 Attending him were mighty seraphim, each having six wings. With two wings they covered their faces, with two they covered their feet, and with two they flew. 3 They were calling out to each other, “Holy, holy, holy is the Lord of Heaven’s Armies! The whole earth is filled with his glory!” 4 Their voices shook the Temple to its foundations, and the entire building was filled with smoke
- Written by the Prophet Isaiah about 740-700 BC
- Prophetic book quoted many times in the New Testament
- Isaiah was a prophet carrying God’s message to the Children of Israel and the Children of Israel to God. He hurt and rejoiced with the God he served. He hurt for his people and longed for their redemption
- The book is beautifully rich and complex
- Isaiah reveals a God who is in total control of the past, present and future and his faith never wavers
- God had a covenant with His people but Israel didn’t know Him

REASONS NOT TO DESPISE DISCIPLINE

- The one who hate correction is stupid (12:1, 15:5)
- Correction leads to knowledge and wisdom (19:25, 29:15)

Study Passage: Romans 10:5-15
5 since Moses writes about the righteousness that is from the law: The one who does these things will live by them. 6 But the righteousness that comes from faith speaks like this: Do not say in your heart, “Who will go up to heaven? ”that is, to bring Christ down 7 or, “Who will go down into the abyss?” that is, to bring Christ up from the dead. 8 On the contrary, what does it say? 14 (1)How, then, can they call on him they have not believed in? (2) And how can they believe without hearing about him? (3) And how can they hear without a preacher?15 And how can they preach unless they are sent? As it is written: How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news.
Focus: All who accept the gospel have a sure hope for a future as children of God
Context Passage: Romans 8:1-39
Verses 1-11 tells us that there is no condemnation for those in Christ Jesus. We are set free from the bondage of sin because Jesus was our sin offering in order that the law’s requirement would be fulfilled in us who do not walk according to the flesh but according to the Spirit. Those that have not put their faith in Jesus for salvation have their mind set on things of the flesh while those that have put their faith and trust in Jesus for the forgiveness of sins have their minds set on the things of the Spirit.
THE MINDSET OF THE FLESH IS DEATH (SPIRITUAL)

Instead, you received the Spirit of adoption, by whom we cry out, “Abba,[i] Father!” 16 The Spirit himself testifies together with our spirit that we are God’s children, 17 and if children, also heirs—heirs of God and coheirs with Christ—if indeed we suffer with him so that we may also be glorified with him.
18 For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worth comparing with the glory that is going to be revealed to us. 19 For the creation eagerly waits with anticipation for God’s sons to be revealed. 20 For the creation was subjected to futility—not willingly, but because of him who subjected it—in the hope 21 that the creation itself will also be set free from the bondage to decay into the glorious freedom of God’s children. 22 For we know that the whole creation has been groaning together with labor pains until now. 23 Not only that, but we ourselves who have the Spirit as the firstfruits—we also groan within ourselves, eagerly waiting for adoption, the redemption of our bodies. 24 Now in this hope we were saved, but hope that is seen is not hope, because who hopes for what he sees? 25 Now if we hope for what we do not see, we eagerly wait for it with patience.

- All people will be judged. Jesus is the only one who will save you. He will look in the “Book” to see if you name is written. If you have truly repented of your sin and asked Jesus to save you from your sin your name will be written in the book! All others to “shame and everlasting contempt”

The Righteousness of God through Faith

Abraham Justified by Faith
4 What then will we say that Abraham, our forefather according to the flesh, has found] 2 If Abraham was justified by works, he has something to boast about—but not before God. 3 For what does the Scripture say? Abraham believed God, and it was credited to him for righteousness.
What insights can you take away to strengthen your walk with Jesus?

That person’s praise is not from people but from God.

King Belshazzar is partying with 1,000 of his nobles and desecrating the gold and silver goblets that Nebuchadnezzar his father had taken from the temple in Jerusalem. A hand appears on the wall and begins to write stopping everyone in their tracks. The fall of Babylon begins as Daniel is summoned to reveal the meaning of the writing on the wall.
King Nebuchadnezzar has another troubling dream that Daniel interprets with a warning for the King. King Nebuchadnezzar does not heed Daniel's advise and God teaches the King a life lesson with the 7 year "time out" as he goes out of his mind. It is not until the King "Raised his eyes toward heaven" that his sanity was restored. King Nebuchadnezzar closes the chapter by stating, "Now I, Nebuchadnezzar, praise and exalt and glorify the King of heaven, because everything he does is right and all his ways are just. And those who walk in pride he is able to humble". WOW, WHAT A TESTIMONY!!!

God destroys the universe and creates a new heaven and new earth! Those that confess with their mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in their hearts that God raised them from the dead will be with God in His dwelling place for ever and ever. He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain. Jesus will, "Make everything new". There will be no more night. They will not need the light of a lamp or the light of the sun, for the Lord God will give them light. And they will reign for ever and ever with the Lord. Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.
After a moving time of praise and worship in heaven, Jesus and the armies of heaven followed Him as He came to earth on a white horse and struck down the nations that rejected Him. The Antichrist and False Prophet were captured and thrown alive into the lake of fire. Jesus seized the dragon, who is Satan and bound him for 1000 years in the pit and shut it and sealed it over him. Those that were martyred and those that did not receive the mark on the foreheads or hands reigned with Christ for 1,000 years.
At the end of the 1,000 year reign of Jesus, Satan was loosed, gathered all the non-believers, surrounded the camp of the saints and the beloved city. Fire from heaven came down from heaven and consumed them. Satan was thrown into the lake of fire where along with the Antichrist and False Prophet, remained for ever and ever.
Everyone who's name was not written in the book of life was thrown into the lake of fire.
If you are not 100% sure where you will spend eternity, now is the time to REPENT OF YOUR SINS AND ASK JESUS TO SAVE YOU.
If you are 100% sure that your name in in the book of life, you need to invite as many people as you know to join you in the Kingdom of God for ever and ever!
Romans 10:9-10 -If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved.

- First Bowl-Festering sores broke out on the people who had the mark of the beast and worshiped its image.
- Second Bowl-The sea, and it turned into blood like that of a dead person, and every living thing in the sea died.
- Third Bowl-The rivers and springs of water became blood.
- Fourth Bowl-The sun was allowed to scorch people with fire.They were seared by the intense heat and they cursed the name of God, who had control over these plagues, but they refused to repent and glorify him.
- Fifth Bowl-The throne of the beast, and its kingdom was plunged into darkness. People gnawed their tongues in agony and cursed the God of heaven because of their pains and their sores, but they refused to repent of what they had done.
- Sixth Bowl-The great river Euphrates, and its water was dried up
- Seventh Bowl-A severe earthquake. No earthquake like it has ever occurred since mankind has been on earth, so tremendous was the quake. From the sky huge hailstones, each weighing about a hundred pounds, fell on people. And they cursed God on account of the plague of hail, because the plague was so terrible.
