• Apple care is a must but just added to the already excessive cost

1. Comfort - this is measured in hours for those who listen to audiobooks and podcasts
2. Convenience - Connectivity, device switching, battery life, discreteness
3. Sound Quality - for spoken word audio the sound quality has to get pretty bad to be an issue
