Sometimes during or after a conversation, we feel the urge to give feedback. This episode explores how we can enter a space with another person and move away from habits to “one up” or “one down” what they have shared with us and into a position of neutrality. Making a decision that everything that happens is an opportunity for growth and development allows us to stay in a place of cultivating shared experiences.

· Making simple requests – bringing feelings and needs into simple requests can unnecessarily over-complicate the situation
