Some context that might help as you listen:

Incident #1 was a playful but triggering sexual banter during group from a male participant on November 6th, who later regretted his comments and wanted to apologize the following week to the group.

Incident #2 happened during the processing and repair process initiated by the man who had made the comments the week previously.  A different male participant was upset by the process and during a small group discussion break-out directly "blamed and shamed" me for both causing incident #1 through my clothing choices and also for not "understanding that all men are like that" and that I was - in his view - entirely responsible for creating a sexualized environment in which it was difficult for men to learn by the way I dressed.

In this recording, we discuss the internal work that I went through as I processed through the incidents and worked though my internalized oppression as well as my ongoing commitment to finding a third way forward that cares for everyone involved and moves beyond the victim-perpetrator-rescuer triangles.
