ON THIS EPISODE, WE DISCUSS…
- We will be going over a couple of case studies.
- There are two muscle groups
- This week we will be going over the muscles in the upper body and next week the lower body.
- Mid-back muscles often get elongated and yes, it can be corrected.
- All muscle groups are connected so if one area is off other parts of the body will be off.
- If someone has neck or shoulder pain it can be caused by mid-back muscles not functioning in the proper position.
- One gentleman had front shoulder pain. Dr. Pearson pressed against his scapula and his chest to help straighten his posture. When he lifted his arms again the pain was gone.
- To fix this problem you need to straighten your scapula retractor muscles. Dr. Pearson walks us through a great stretch to help.
- You need to do the stretch every day for at least two weeks.
- Dr. Pearson goes over another case study with a gal who has left-sided neck pain. Another stretch is described to us to help with smaller one sided muscle aches.
