Those of the members of the majority of the people of a political subdivision that been able to discover the irrational natures of their polarizing, conflicting and competing behaviours can assist the remaining members of that majority to make similar discoveries through educating them through information distributions . Not all members of the majority of the people that have chosen to be polarizing, conflicting and competing will want to make those discoveries and they have been given the right to refuse any assistance offered. The satisfaction and happiness derived from manifesting a common agenda can constitute rewards that are sufficient to make the establishment and adoption of a common agenda a permanent rational community behaviour. Those that persist in carrying out their irrational behaviours will not be suitable community members and will most likely continue to experience their unsatisfying and unhappy circumstances and to exercise their right to make irresponsible decisions. Those that persist in carrying out their rational behaviours will be suitable community members and will most likely continue to experience their satisfying and happy circumstances and to exercise their right to make responsible decisions.
