The podcast “Insights About Us” provides weekly information sessions. The episodes provide insights into such matters as our nature, purpose, role, journey, creations, discernments, beliefs, behaviours, emotions and experiences. The proper use of these insights permits us to recreate the model of our Self and world that we want. 

Episode # 33 provides insights about our manipulations. Each and every one of us that belief in our personality identity and our human intellect advocate and protector are in need of liberation from our manipulators. Our liberation from our belief in our personality identity and our human intellect advocate and protector requires the assistance of a competent mentor and healer that is sincerely committed to helping us. That competent and sincere mentor and healer is the Higher Self of our Soul. We are easily manipulated because we have low self-esteem and are full of insecurities. We misperceive our Self as being  a separate, small, vulnerable, abandoned, unprotected, flawed and unworthy human personality . With those beliefs in mind we create traumatizing illusions with the encouragement of our untamed human intellect mentor. The resulting insecurities and low self-esteem make us easy prey for emotional manipulators that wish to exploit what they can harvest from us. To escape our bondage to manipulators, we must embrace new beliefs in a new identity and a new mentor. We need something that will eliminate our low Self-esteem and insecurities and make us impossible to exploit. Suitable replacements are our beliefs in our Soul identity and our Spirit part of our Soul mentor. They make us feel good and ought to be our preference.
