We can not judge the righteousness of a thing by the support or resistance we encounter.

As Christians we need to be careful to:

  • Seek out the DIRECTION of God in the matter.
  • Yield to the direction of God.

Mat 6:13  And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.

  • Kingdom - the right to direct our lives
  • Power - the power to fulfill our petition
  • Glory - perspective needed for oversight

Psa 37:23  The steps of a good man are ordered by the LORD: and he delighteth in his way.
