Africana show today was a conversation with Siobhan Kangataran, the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion  Manager at MTU and an Alumni of UCC.

Siobhan provides a professional and personal out look on how EDI has evolved in the last few years and ponders on unconscious bias training and why it isn't a stand alone process. The show also explores tokenism within the EDI space and the value of representation of ideas, communities and differences in spaces where a physical representation of diversity is lacking.
