This week we spoke to the formidable Bridget a former mid-wife who is part of a Grass roots movement The Elephant Collective that was set up in reaction to maternity deaths in Ireland. They succeeded in amending the 2019 Corners Act ensuring inquests in all maternal deaths in the state.
