Kate Barry chats with Margaret Kent. Margaret taught Home Economics in Loreto Secondary School, Fermoy and also worked as an advising examiner for the SEC and a development officer for the SLSS (now the PDST). She represented the ASTI on the NCCA Home Economics Development Group and is currently a school-placement teacher tutor for St. Angela's College, Sligo.
