Learning you are pregnant with twins can definitely be a shock to some moms, but learning your twins are mono-mono is a whole new level with an occurrence of just 1 in every 35,000 pregnancies.

Pam walks us through the story through her twins and reminds us that positivity can help get us through the hardest times.
