092 Evan Maxon (Chaos Coordinator, Entrepreneur)
This is Evan's second appearance on the show. Evan Maxon is a professional chaos coordinator. By day, he oversees operations and technology for a non-profit small business lender. In his spare time, he’s an aspiring entrepreneur that loves to talk about the mistakes he’s made along the way.
Evan and I decided to do some semi-regular installments where we wrestle through the business side of my band Run with Its progression. Today we tackle the book The Goal. The Goal is a great business book that shows how to raise productivity and impact through the story of a Manager saving his factory from being closed down. We work to apply the principles of the book to the music world. It’s a fun journey and the concepts have been helping the band take our next steps.
