Dr. Greg Feeney is Provost at Bluegrass Community andTechnical College (BCTC).  In this role, he serves as the chiefacademic officer and provides leadership for academic andstudent support areas at the college, including adult education,global learning, and workforce development.  Dr. Feeney servedin other administrative roles including Vice President ofAcademics and Workforce Development, Dean of Academics,Dean of Academic Support, and Assistant Dean of History,Languages, and Social Sciences at the college.  He achieved thefaculty rank of full professor and has been at BCTC since 1998. He earned his doctorate, with an emphasis in interpersonal andhealth communication, at the University of Kentucky.  Hecompleted his masters at Northern Illinois University, with anemphasis in communication theory and organizationalcommunication.
