The crown chakra sits just inches above the head and is our direct connection to the Divine.
Today I will talk about healing this chakra within 3 categories.
Physical - Moving the body
Mental - Using our words, thoughts and mind in a healing constructive way
Emotional - Using our emotional state to bring about healing
Physical - Become present, connect to your body and present moment in time. Meditation is the powerful connection. We must get our minds out of our bodies so we can sit in the silence and hear the guidance.
Mental - Affirm using any of these power words listed below
I am ________allowing, receiving, open to, willing or in the flow of
Then fill in the blanks with any of these following words:
Spirit, Guidance, Alignment, Divine, Intuitive Connection etc.
Emotional - Meditation to the point you can feel the connection between the Divine and your body.
Breathe in the Divine wisdom and connection. See sense or visualize your crown chakra as an open cone just above your head open up to the sky.
See it in purple white or gold. Clean and clear this chakra for massive healing and elevation.
