WELP... My theme of love for February was disrupted by a gut feeling that this topic needed to be discussed. Depression and anxiety has been apart of my life in a BIG WAY BUT... I know when self-care (AND SELF LOVE) is top of mind, it keeps it at bay. When I take care of me, I kick depression to the curb. Let's break this mental health awareness stigma.

REMEMBER:

  • YOU DESERVE TO FEEL YOUR BEST!
  • YOU ARE WORTHY OF GETTING OUT THIS RUT!
  • YOU ARE SO EFFING SPECIAL
  • DON'T GIVE UP
  • YOU CAN DO THIS!
  • THERAPY ISN'T WEIRD.. IT'S HELPFUL
  • THIS IS A SEASON OF WINTER... SUMMER IS COMING
