What are the Works of the Devil? How are these works evident in the world around us and in our personal life?
God’s Wrath is "revealed against all unrighteousness” (Romans 1:18). Sometimes we think of God’s wrath as opposed to his love - is this an accurate way to think about it? How might the Cross reveal God’s wrath against the “Works of the Devil” as an expression of his love?
How does the Crucifixion of Jesus destroy the works of the devil? In what way is this already accomplished, and in what ways in this not yet accomplished?
How does knowing that Jesus’ Crucifixion was a victory over evil and sin in order to deliver us from the “domain of darkness and transfer us into the kingdom of his Beloved Son” (Col. 1:13) change the way that we consider our relationship to sin?
