This week, Rock and Spectre are joined by the MissFits4Life team, a group of real-life superheroes and volunteers who raised $25,000 for charity this summer, took on and conquered the Warrior Dash in Tennessee, and delivered a very large check to some very brave kids!

We're joined by professional body-builder Miss Fit, Warrior Dash captain White Scorpion and a host of other team-mates, who will be sharing tales of training, fund-raising and, most of all, the amazing kids of the St Jude's Children's Hospital.
