In this episode, we demystify and unpack Continuous Improvement. Continuous Improvement is all about making incremental, small scale improvement changes in the way we work and collaborate with one another (as opposed to making major, fundamental change improvements - which itself is another discipline of work - HINT: it's called Business Transformation).

Our guest today is Daniel Moylan who has over 10 years of overall professional experience and over 5 years of Continuous Improvement experience. Today, he is a Continuous Improvement leader, with a passion for improving ways of working and bringing the customer to the centre of the organisation.

Daniel is also a great example of someone who has started his career in one place and has pivoted in a different direction to pursue his passion. One of the key takeaways here is that it is okay to change gears and pursue a different career later down the track - it’s part of the journey as we learn about ourselves and the world.

Enjoy!
