We’re talking about the ever-illusive, abstract Oneness - what it is, why it’s essential for understanding ourselves and reality, how to experience it and ourselves as manifestations of oneness in our everyday lives.
We begin looking at our modern context and the role of conscious living and oneness as an essential part of our evolution from where we find ourselves today. (01:42) We break down ‘what is oneness’? (6:26) and why begin with our suffering to experience oneness and its role in our development as a fully actualized human (10:36). From there we must eliminate all that antagonizes our experience and embodiment of oneness (19:37). We get into those practices that empower our experience of oneness and ourselves as oneness (33:46), with an interim to touch on “food of the gods” (51:36). We end with which RE SELF resources can offer support as you begin to intentionally practice experiencing oneness (1:07:14).
