Katy is proud to be weird and different and embraces this to the max, she's sung with flashmobs, rock choir and volunteered as a speaker coach with Ted X. Katy is a person-centred coach and believes that all these experiences have helped shape her as a person and how she experiences the World. She also is a generous, kind and wonderful person.

This week marked International Neurodiversity Celebration Week, which is a worldwide initiative that challenges stereotypes and misconceptions about neurological differences.

The timing of the Podcast was perfect as other golden thread running throughout the show was difference and different ways of thinking, which led us to talk about Neurodiversity. Katy is an ally in this space and relates to ND people given some of her own experiences.
