SEASON TWO, episode sixteen.

After a couple of weeks off due to the hectic nature that comes with something as life changing as MOVING TO A BRAND NEW PLACE(!), we've decided to jump back on to the podcast with a MINI-CAST e v e r y d a y throughout the month of August. This is a new chapter for The Less Trodden Path so we felt it necessary to document every day of our first full month living in Brighton (well, Hove actually).

These mini-cast's will be anything from 5 - 20 minutes long and you can expect to hear us update you on our daily going's on, raw and unedited!

Hopefully this will bring you up to speed with all things TLTP as well as inspire you to get outdoors, maybe do a hike, swim, run, make some oats and much more...

Enjoy hearing today's dose of The Less Trodden Path - Everyday can sometimes feel the same but if you pay attention, you'll notice that every day is different. As far as Monday goes, this is one of those days where we don't need to pay attention to notice how different it is. Laura is spending longer in a pool today than she is not. The sun is shining here in Brighton and we sat down in the interim between Laura's shifts to talk about life, carrots and bicycles. What else would you want to do on a Monday afternoon?!

& (if you're not already) be sure to follow us on INSTAGRAM to catch the visuals of what we're talking about.
