As the year wraps up, many people are filled with anxiety about the coming year more because certain things about this year didn't go as planned. An anxious and fearful heart cannot hear and obey God. We need to get to the point where we are confident that God is already in the future we are anxious of and because of this knowledge, we can REST.
Today, we celebrate something that took place years ago but still highly relevant. Christmas is not just the gifts and festivities but the assurance that we belong to God forever because Jesus came to take our place and to restore us in God.
It's Jesus' birthday today. Acknowledge him today and always
God is kind and it is beautiful how He brings about mighty miracles in the lives of people.
One thing we see is that miracles and supernatural experiences are replicable- when God does a miracle in someone’s life, He sure can make it happen in yours
Mary wasn't the only virgin in her time. What made her special in God's plan? She was available. There was an openness in her spirit that made her the perfect person for the job. Mary's story is a perfect case of God dreaming a much bigger dream for you than you could dream for yourself.
What can God do with your life?
Talk about divine assignments that disrupts everything!
That's what we see with Mary role in the salvation process. Have you ever thought about what it must have been for Mary to have her life all mapped out in a simple way only to be redefined overnight by one divine visit? Do you feel the weight of your destiny?
It’s our responsibility to be conscious of prophecy – to act on it.
In some instances, Prophecy is simply “what should be”, our disposition to that prophecy is what brings it to fruition.
Prophecies a lot of time not tell only us the what of God's plan, they also tells us the how, the when and with whom the plan will be executed through.
This level of clarity didn't end with Bible days. We also can experience it in our present lives.
It is common to say “no one knows what the future holds but Scriptures show us it possible to know what the future holds. Through Prophecies men of old were able to track the promises of God. Now it is visible to everyone that God had plans way before the world began to save mankind though his son Jesus. Prophecies become more like hints and clues God was putting about about his grand plan.
What is God set to do in your life? Can you see clues through Prophecies?
As we celebrate this season, we are reminder of the providential nature of God, the power of prophecies and God's supernatural ability keep his word. This month is special as we will be studying the miraculous reveal of Immanuel- the God who is always with Us.
Jeremiah, Moses, Abraham, Rahab, Gideon, Peter, What do these individuals have in common?
Insecurities! They were used mightily by God to execute audacious visions but at one point or the other in their journey, they battled with insecurities. Learn how to overcome insecurities.
I know what it feels like to have a grand vision that keeps you awake all night…It is so heavy on your spirit that you cry sometimes. Not just from how mind blowing it is but from how much work needs to be done. If this is you.
Pause. Take a deep breathe.
The time is now, to move with vision in your eyes, passion in your heart, skills on your hands and anointing in your Spirit. Let God trust you with his assignments.
We often hear statements like ‘when you are in Rome, you behave like the Romans’. Many have taken this saying as a license to compromise the truths and standards they believe in. While it is important to mingle with the people we find around us, we must be disciplined to draw the line where necessary and say NO! to compromise.
Why do you need to build a consistent walk with God?
It is not just for show but the assignment God has called you to requires a certain level of competence and excellence.
How do you go about it?
God wants us conscious of our assignment.
We can't do as we please anymore and this is not a trap but the fullest expression
of freedom in Christ wherein our desires are transformed Godward.
Many believers wonder what role their career places in Kingdom assignment.
We see through scripture how the career of apostles became platforms for the gospel to thrive.
God has needs that skilled men abs women can meet. Dear believer, we've got work to do!
Knowledge is not power when it is not applied.
You can know something and yet not know it.
This is common with many believers who know it is important to be saved
but do not know enough to tell others and get them saved.
God can't evangelize the world without us which is why his number one priority
for the man who is saved is spiritual growth facilitated by knowledge.
When we embrace the urgency of our life’s purpose, we will see that there is really no time to be afraid or to be in doubt.
Quit questioning if you heard God. Yes you did.
When your heart feels unsure, pray.

All through scriptures we see men and women called out into the service of the Master. One of the things we see in them is their ability to say with confidence "all God has commanded me to do, I have done!" They made bold statements because their integrity when it came to executing the will of the Father was intact. Can this be said about you and I?
Surrender is such a vulnerable word. It is one that portrays a sense of reckless abandonment not to any other thing but to God. In this time and season, not many people want to be that "naked". And you see it in the desire to control things but God is calling us to SURRENDER.
Dear believer, being used of God is more important than getting things from God. Indeed, He provides but He is more than a provider. As we grow, we must shun babyish attitudes and follow Him wholeheartedly. God is committing His assignment to faithful men. Will you be a part of this number?

As we continue to grow in our faith, we realise that God want to do more than just shine on our path. He want to shine through us. He wants to make a name for himself through our lives. Today’s practical tip is to spend time praying to unveil dark areas that God needs to shine his light through you.
You can do so much for God only if you can commit to growth. Growing is hard but rewarding. Challenge yourself today- the salvation of millions depend on you. It's time to STEP UP TO YOUR CALLING! Today's practical step is to write down the areas you are weak and need to grow in sanctification. Study God’s word, listen to messages and seek the right counsel, paying special attention to those areas.
Today's practical tip is to scan through your heart for those you haven't forgiven and let them go. it is a sign of growth and it is important.
Today's practical step is to get yourself a good teacher of the word if you don't have one who is apt to teach, mission- minded not money conscious, and encourages your charismatic ministry. When it comes to understanding the word, a good Bible teacher is not the icing on the cake but is the flour that makes the cake.
Today's practical tip is for you to evaluate your relationship and identify your close circle of 3-5 people who you will be intentional about growing Spiritual with. Choose carefully as you all will hold each other accountable and be committed to growing in the spirit.
iving things grow and we have been designed to be spiritual living beings who need to experience growth. But beyond growing is you and I understanding and acknowledging that our source of growth is God- we cannot grow without Him.
This month,we are choosing to grow in our faith alongside grow in Christian fellowship. We will be identifying practical ways to grow in our faith while we remain salt and light in this world- increasing in influence and strengthening one another.

There are some things we know that we need to be reminded of. We live in a very loud world- several voices - several truths, hence remembering the word of God is paramount, else one might believe a lie not only about life but also about himself/herself.
Light is one of the powerful ways Scriptures describe believers. In many ways through the way that we live, people would see the light of God and experience his peace.
How are we able to serve without complains especially when the ones benefiting from the service aren't appreciative?
God calls us to serve him as we serve others.
Our focus verse Helps us see that God in himself is the only one who is capable of keeping us saved because right inside us He’s placed the control mechanism - We have the Holy Spirit in us who helps to regulate our desires and redirect them towards God. This is indeed the miracle of changed desires.
God is not limited by time… yet He is still on time.
God is capable of writing your story and leading you. Count your blessings today.
Every time we compare ourselves, we are measuring with the wrong standard and focusing on the wrong things!
Take deep breaths and remind yourself that God is already in the future he is calling you into and he's got covered.
Yesterday we started talking about practical joy habits that we can cultivate. We will continue today.
Here's the thing, even when we know Joy flows from within us, we do not always feel like it.
This is why it is important that we are surrounded by the right crowd.
Our focus verse describes them as deep spirited friends.
Joy is something you already have, you just have to draw it out or in some case, turn it on to let it flow in you and through you.
It is not the easiest when everything seems to be falling apart. Learn one Joy habit today.
What were you most afraid as a child? The dark? cockroaches? spiders or chickens?
In scriptures, we see a group of people faced with their greatest fears ever and amazingly,
they stood before fear undefeated.
Have ever received a gift and for one moment you couldn't tell if it was a gift or a burden. Well in christ we are not in doubt because we understand that we are blessed when we believe in Christ and when we are faced with pain. they are both gifts from God.
How do we stay true to our values in Christ in an ever changing world?
How do we live filter free lives?
Today, it’s time to wake up. It’s time to see the big picture. It’s time to be a part of the big picture and it’s time to begin to acknowledge that all that we are, all that we can have and all we can ever be, makes complete sense when we are at the center of purpose.
We belong to God whether dead or alive. This speaks of complete submission to God in dedication and consecration. Living our lives for God involves replacing our dreams, ambitions and plans with the plans and purpose of God.
God is making a name for himself with your life and your experiences can propagate the gospel. Do not despise them even when you cannot connect the dots in the moment.
When we are commanded to love, it is because God has placed in us to capacity to love like him- wastefully and selflessly.
We also see that the significance of our love is in the light of salvation. The kind of life we have been instructed to live is one that Jesus is proud of- one that makes Jesus famous.
You can live above sin because you are God’s temple. Regardless of the habits you may have been struggling with, you can overcome them because you’ve got the spirit of God within you. You must constantly remind yourself of who you are and who you carry.
Never doubt that God uses you in the place of prayer to fix things in the lives of others.
Let Joy well up in your heart today as you go into the place of prayer ready to intercede.
What an honour it is to partner with God to bless others.
There is such a thing as the supply of the Spirit- things only the Spirit can Do and give.
It is beyond anything the human mind can fathom. Scriptures describe a scenario where men mount up with wings.
Meaning with the deposits of the Spirit inside us we can surmount any obstacles.
This month month on DailyDose, we will be studying the book of Philippians. Together, we will develop the needed knowledge and skills to get through tough times. We will get to understand the purpose of pain and what our disposition should be. Join in everyday of this month. Let's unveil our true strength together.
For anyone going through a hard time, I pray for you today, may God’s peace and hope flood your heart. May you be overflowing with uncontainable joy and perfect peace. May your hands and feet be strengthened to stand and may your testimony be transformational.
Today’s focus verse tells us something vital- the wait is part of the process and through God’s word, we are prepared ahead of time for the twists and turns of life. When we exercise faith, we are actually exercising patience in the process of growth.
Too many tunes, we underestimate our influence in the lives of people around us. And at other times, we don’t just want to take credits for certain things but the truth remains that someone out there is not giving up on life because they’ve got you. You are not giving up on your assignment because you’ve got people holding your hands. That’s how God designed life to be.
Leadership is a matter dear to God’s heart so much that when He came in the flesh, He expounded on how it should be done. Jesus gives a perfect picture of leadership as He chose to come to the world to serve. We need to pray more that our leaders remain under the leadership of God.
God wants to command our attention and our deepest desire.
So beyond the show, He wants us to truly desire him for fellowship and intimacy.
The act of consecration takes us deep in fellowship that nothing else matter aside God.
God has seen these days coming for a long time. He has a plan! His plan includes you, and anyone who is willing to consecrate their lives to Him. He is searching the world over for those who will totally turn their lives over to Him, who will give their 100%, as He has given to us.
People can not believe in a God they have not heard about and they can’t hear about him except we tell them. If you are ever confused about what your purpose in life is- there you have it- we have been called to proclaim the gospel of our God to all nations starting with people around us.

As much as being believers places us on a whole different pedestal it is not one that calls for pride- we are just people whom the love of God saved. We are not better than anyone. We need to let this sink in and allow it influence how we treat others especially those who are not saved.
God wanted us to have free access to him that it made it super easy for us to be say, believe and belong.
There is something powerful about what we say such that it shapes our heart and determines our conviction.
God knows this, that’s why it is the same process for being saved.
God sends his word ahead of time to confirm what he already has plans to do. This is the same with your life and assignment. God is not linited by time and as such the God's prophecies that have gone ahead of you will stand.
Our christian faith is not not one devoid of challenges. In fact the gospel got to us because the early believers where fleeing persecution.
When things get tough, God wants us unbreakable.
When you are overwhelmed by your ever growing needs and you are tempted to think god is unfair; remind yourself the following:

God knows all you need.

He is capable of making them available.
-
Nothing you will ever need is bigger than what it cost God to save you.
There is a drastic difference between who you were and who you are now in Christ, and it ought to show. The world should see it clearly because God’s desire is to show off what He has done in you. Especially in how we handle seemingly challenging situations.
Our insecurities can be displaced when we understand that with God, we are not trying to me good enough. He has made us perfect in HIm! We are never alone because we have a father who never leaves.
We are God's children, hence we are led by Him. But beyond the medium God chooses to speak to us is the message and relationship we are to treasure. We need to learn to be quiet and attentive so that we can hear God clearly. It's time to take distractions out of our way and pay attention.
Still on quest to answer the questions people have about salvation, today we will be answering the question: Why does a good God want people to die in hell? God never takes pleasure in the death of any one. This is something crucial to learn about God, especially in our day.
If God loved us so much, why couldn’t he just forgive when Adam sinned?
Why did blood have to be shed? Why did Jesus have to die?
Super relevant to our ability to share the gospel is our ability to answer questions that people may have about being saved.
According to Apostle Paul, we should be able to give answer to those who ask about what and why we believe.
This week, we will be looking at those questions, starting with: Can I lose my salvation?
In a world where some people seem to believe that a man can be saved by seeing the good works of a believer, Apostle Paul teaches otherwise. He brings clarity to the subject of salvation and its process.
How can men be saved?
What is water baptism? What is its significance in a believer's salvation?
What do you need to know? All these and more in today's episode.
Once upon a time our life was dictated by sin and everything connected to it but now we have a new testimony- we are alive to God we who were once dead in sin. Now that we are born again, we can set our affections on things above as we exercise our victory over sin.
There is a clear difference between the first and the second/last Adam. While first Adam showed us all we were limited by, The last Adam reveals to us all the freedom we can experience. While the first Adam’s actions showed us a dark past, The last Adam’s gift shows us our glorious future.
Beyond reasonable doubt, we know where we would rather be.
Salvation is simply the gift of God to mankind that comes with several other gifts.
So it is more like believe, get many other items free. In salvation we have the debt of our sins paid for,
We are called into a renewed life on earth, one filled with hope for the future for life after now.
It is important to never forget that The power of sin is only broken by one thing: faith in Jesus Christ and what He did on the cross. Jesus is the only door. Initiated by God, because He loved us so much, He gave His Son as a doorway to eternal life, freedom from sin, and life abundant. So we can let go of the labels with which we tag others as we enjoy the gift of God to us.
There is no limit to our love so we spread it to everyone we cross paths with.
The core of our Christian faith hinges on the fact that Jesus, the beloved Son of God, took our place on the cross, brought us access into the family of God by His blood, gave us His Spirit, and made us His siblings by adoption.
This gracious act motivates us to expand the family by committing to share the love we have received to others.
No one is self made in the true sense of it.
The central message of Christianity is that God already loves you,
and that because of what Jesus has done.
The only thing we brought to the table was the sin we needed to be forgiven of.
When believers choose not to speak more people will go with the noise.
The media and other influences are fast shaping the lifestyle of many. Do we sit and just watch?
It is not enough that we believe in God, we need to be proactive in ensuring that others see the power of God and believe in His saving grace.
When we think of salvation, We often think about it as a one-off, binary, in or out heaven-and-hell issue.
Salvation literally means being delivered from something.
There are lots of things we need to be delivered from—from hell to heaven, for sure—
but that’s just one of many.
Jesus Christ is the center of the gospel message and we see prophet after prophet speak about him and how much transformation and life was to come through him.
If you ever feel that God's paying attention to the happenings of your life, you may want to rethink this because with the book of Romans we see God patiently wait out the execution of his plans.
Our study this month has been designed to strengthen your conviction about God’s plans for you- for mankind as we take a dive into understanding God’s thoughts about salvation. What is good news about salvation? How are we saved? What’s God big picture and how do we fit in it? This and many more we will unravel together, one scripture per day.

There is a level of radicalness needed if we are to truly execute the Dreams of God in this world.
I know it feels alot like going against the current, you hear people say many ways it can't work yet we are assured in God that NOTHING is impossible WITH God. Emphasis on with God.
We have faith that needs to be exercised and stretched daily. May we have the courage to engage our faith daily just as we need bread and water for survival.
God desires that we are that conduits through which his power is felt in the world.
May people encounter you and experience heaven’s peace.
With our faith, we get to experience the manifestation of God like never seen before. It is God's desire to touch the world and we can be the vessels He uses to make the lasting transformation he desires. Are we ready and available to be used?
Faithing it is not about pretending but about walking into each day, super confident that whatever seems to be falling apart isn’t beyond the power of God. He is the author of our story, and He crafting a marvelous masterpiece about each one of us. Let's believe that God will lead us to it.
When we’re stuck in situations of life and feeling intense pressure, we have a tendency to forget about anything except our current circumstances. The pain, the fear, the burdens, the weariness, the worry, or whatever becomes all we think about but when we remember what God has done for us in the past, we can trust him for today. That's what faith is sometimes.
Faith grow by hearing the word of God and many times hearing the word of God spoken through friends and loved ones.
When you sense God stretching your faith, it is important to be intentional about surrounding yourself with life givers.
With Faith, there’s a standard. God’s the standard and with every step of our faith journey we are put in check.
God’s not asking us to be Perfect but that we listen to his instructions every step of the way. When we work hard for God’s purposes we get to live true meaningful lives. We will be fulfilled in many ways that nothings else can fill. The question for us is about effort. Do we really give our best every time?
God answers our prayers in many ways… one of which is not exactly taking the storm away but being with you every step of the way. David acknowledged that God was with him even when walked through the valley of the shadow of death. Faith sometimes looks like strength when in a stormy situation.
Have you ever imagined what it will be like to have faith in God’s word concerning you. Maybe that’s where you currently are but if that’s not you, let’s imagine together what it will be like for the world to be reading about your story like Esther. Who dared to believe God to bring mighty deliverance for her people.
The essence of developing deep roots is so that we are not perplexed or moved by happenings around us.
In times when we struggle to stand strong, it helps to pray and express how you really feel.
The writer of the book of James helps us see that something happens in us when we go through trials and by faith,
we can channel that experience to be for our benefit. So instead of taking our point of view;
we choose to see to see things as God sees them.
Have you ever found yourself in a position where you are believing God for something on behalf of a friend or a family member?
We can all come to Jesus Like this father with our faith that needs a boost.
We may have been faced with several disappointments but we can rest in God to help us believe more.
Our faith is demonstrative.
As we declare our faith openly to people, we must ensure our actions/lifestyle are in alignment with what we preach.
Did you ever experience being dared by your friends to do outrageous things as child?
Even though there wasn't exactly anything to gain aside from bragging rights, and you would most likely get into trouble, you still went on to do what you were dared to do?
With David we see faith as competent also. Faith is not an excuse for mediocrity but a reason for competent excellence.
It's easy to fix our eyes on the part where God anointed David to be king and miss out the part where he spent time honing his craft as a warrior, a musician, a shepherd and later a king.
The Lord calls ordinary people to do extraordinary things that can only be accomplished through the Spirit. The ordinary aspects of our lives show opportunities for us to partner with God to do great things. Today’s faith icon is Deborah a.k.a mother in Israel

A lot of times, God calls us to have faith not for self preservation but for others. Joshua had to grow in his faith and be courageous because God was calling him to fill the shoes of Moses and lead his people to the promised land.
Do you find yourself in a similar position? Is God leading you to be strong and courageous for the sake of others?
It is good to ask ourselves: How much faith do we currently have? We need to have growing faith. Growing faith means growing belief that God knows best and that He is working in us for his good pleasure. Peter took steps towards the impossible simply because Jesus said so.
Will you take steps today because God calls you to come up higher?
Today we surrender to God all our dreams in exchange for his dreams and plans. He is the author of our story and the architect of our destiny. We know and accept that we have been created for so much more than to live for just ourselves. May we have eyes that see beyond the present into all you have lined up for our future.
God is still in the business of doing the impossible.
May your heart find courage to try again and not stop trying till all you see in your life matches all God has said.
Brave faith tells us to feel the fear but not be paralysed by it because we are assured God is at work in us to WILL and DO of his good pleasure.
So on days when it feels like we have come to our last, we are rejuvenated with strength and helped in every situation.
We have clear instructions of what to do with the faith growing in our hearts.
May it be said that by faith, we take over territories and industries for the kingdom.
Now, be prayerfully positioned, take career moves with the kingdom in mind.
Your day is blessed and you are highly favoured.
In the times that we are in, so many things are terrifying- the economy, the state of the world etc.
In the midst of all these, we are to have confident faith. We are assured that God on our inside is bigger and greater than all that seems to be going on on the outside. This faith reminds us that NOTHING falls apart on God's watch.
Today's dose is for us to reconnect with the little child on our inside, be simple, trusting and elemental again like a child then we can truly experience the bliss that comes when our baby faith meets miracle. The things you are hoping for can get to shift with just a little faith. Be like a child again, believe. Just believe!
Faith is about listening for God's direction, submitting to it and proclaiming out loud.
The faith that enters your life through God's word and leading, strengthens your heart & Convictions.
It also guides what you say.
Faith is deeply about a relationship with God. When the relationship is pure, it moves from trust in what we get to complete trust in Who God is.
