No event or circumstance is outside the realm of God's control. He is in the business of taking what we view as negative and using it for His glory. That's certainly the case in Acts 23 where we'll see two things at play:
Joseph reflected at the end of his life that what man meant for evil, God meant for good. The same can be true here in Acts. God's plans can never be thwarted!
