The wise men present us with the clear truth that the object and posture of our worship matters. As we look at Matthew 2, we find three thoughts to consider:

1) God's perfect Word outlines the sole focus of worship
2) God's providential light illuminates the true object of worship
3) God's proper example reveals the essentials components of worship

Worship to God comes from an attitude of humility and is displayed in both an outpouring of generosity and a recognition of His kingship.
