We encounter a unique character and situation during our study in Acts 8:9-25. We're introduced to a man named "Simon who had previously practiced magic." Listen in as Pastor Josh hones in on three main points:

1) True salvation returns glory to its proper recipient
2) True salvation changes more than your outward actions
3) True salvation comes through repentance, not fear

And so, we recall the words Peter spoke in Acts 4:11-12 - "This Jesus is the stone that was rejected by you, the builders, which has become the cornerstone. And there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved."

True salvation comes through trusting in Jesus for the forgiveness of our sins!
