The employee wanted the promotion to the manager's position as it was already promised to her. The employee eventually quit her job. 

Sexual harassment continues to plague society to the point that hardly a week goes by without someone, a small, medium, or large company being accused of it.

Every individual, employee, manager, supervisor, and employer has a responsibility to help prevent sexual harassment. One way to make this happen is to ensure that everyone is trained to recognize and prevent sexual harassment.
