Ritu Malhotra founded Ajna Center for Learning in Pune, a counselling and training organization, in 1987. Ritu is a psychologist, an emotional counselor, a Kinesiologist and a teaching Metaphysician. She heads the Weikfield Scholarship foundation, her outreach initiative,  that supports 150 pure science students from rural Maharashtra.
