We need it. But we don't always want it. ACCOUNTABLITY.
Accountability helps us to show up consistently and be honest about what we are doing.
Devoting yourself to yourself on a daily basis is what accountability truly is. It is taking ownership of what it is that you are working toward.
Tracking your data, as in, weighing yourself and tracking your activity is one way of holding yourself accountable and studies have shown that it gives you a greater chance of success in losing weight.
Another form of accountability is sharing your journey with others. Be it in your day to day life with an accountability partner, or having an online community to help you hold yourself accountable. Having that support helps you because others believe in you when you can't believe in yourself.
