One of the greatest struggles and challenges I see with women in business is they’re not putting themselves in the driver’s seat. This means that they are not feeling empowered in their business for SO many reasons. But being in the driver’s seat in your business is being in a place where you are capable and confident in creating results.

In this episode, I want to talk about how to shift from waiting to CREATING your results and sit in the driver’s seat in your business.

The quickest way to feel disempowered in your business is to not know how to create results.
