Tehn Diamond is the founder of Tisu Ngoda Dzacho (Shona, for We Are The Diamonds) a purpose development agency committed to breathing purpose back into the lives of individuals and the operations of business.

Tehn has spent the past 10 years examining and exploring purpose in his own life, through the lens of his numerous creative pursuits, most notably as an award-winning musician. More recently he played the male lead in Zimbabwe's first ever Netflix film, the award-winning romantic comedy "Cook Off".
