"Achievement is largely the product of steadily raising one’s level of aspiration and expectation."

Anyone who has played golf knows how difficult the mental side of the game can become. Whether you're teeing off for the first time or about to put in your 1,000 hole, the mental battles a golfer faces and has to overcome never seem to get any easier!
This week's episode features professional golfer and longtime friend, Ryan Grider. Ryan finished his career at Baylor University in 2021 before joining the PGA Tour in Canada. He's won the 2016 Byron Nelson International Junior Golf Award, was the #1 ranked player from Texas coming out of high school and continued to dominate the course throughout college.
Throughout this episode Ryan gives insight into the mentality of a professional golfer, why sacrificing for the future to achieve your goals is necessary to succeed, how to develop a "short memory," why our mindset before entering anything challenging is the best tool we have to succeed, and so much more!
