A realisation I had a few months ago was that I was only living at 99.9% 'in' with my entire life.

At 99.9% you might as well not even bother. Because that 0.1% is a LOT bigger than it seems.

It caused me a LOT of pain. Pain that I ignored right up until I saw myself dying alone at 40yrs old completely unfulfilled with my life.
