From her work as a social worker and being an elite basketball coach, Trish Perez is passionate about showing up and empowering children, youth, and adults, teaching them how to recognize their own strengths and resiliency. She has accomplished this through the various roles and titles she has held over the past twenty five years. 
Trish has organized, developed, and facilitated numerous programs focused on creating brave spaces, and fostering safe learning environments to support individual growth and wellbeing. It is for this reason that Trish has been recognized for her tireless efforts in creating safe spaces for student athletes, and military families. In 2018, she was the recipient for the Department of Economic Security, Human Service Leadership Award for Outstanding Commitment to Early Intervention community.
