Teaching is challenging. There is no denying that. When adversity strikes people often send their pursuit of fulfillment to the back of their priorities list. But it is when life gets challenging that we need to lean our purpose. Our purpose is what makes us unique, effective and inspirational educators. We need to learn how to find it and more importantly how to protect it. If we don't we will find ourselves on the path towards burn out.  It is time to help teachers find that fire again. This is the Elephant in the Classroom.
