In this episode, we had the privilege of speaking to Gavin Chian. Gavin has been running an events business for close to 10 years. He has also been involved in the sport of dragon boating for half his life.

Gavin became a recent single co-parenting dad of an amazing 4 year old boy. Adding Covid to the mix, he is currently on a journey of personal development and growth, focusing on fitness and figuring out his next steps in life.

The conversation reminded us again that we don't always need to have it all together. And being Father's Day week, we just want to acknowledge all the sacrifices our dads made for us and wish all of them a Happy Father's Day!
