Here's a little something about this episode when I was editing this episode I noticed that the title was not right the mic did not pick up the word that I was saying so since I couldn'tt rename it while driving I asked my better half to say or put in the title and it was real funny because he's not used to saying whatever the (subject) is on they did not get the memo so I asked him to name it and I use the mic to type it and he kept saying the title of the episode which is mindfulness on they did not get the message but my baby is nothing but thorough and he eventually got it named right mindfulness on they did not get the memo LOL
