Ps Phil Campbell is an anomaly. Growing up in the movement of INC, Phil's call to ministry began early, however his journey included time spent learning business principles and outworking these to lead both volunteers and paid employees on a large scale. Phil is the senior pastor of Faith Family, a church that has four locations on the mid-north coast of NSW, Australia. With this experience in ministry and business, Phil also spends some of his time moulding the future landscape with his input on the board of national executives for INC.
