I enjoy having the flexibility and autonomy to explore new ways of working. My mantra for 2023 is "learn out loud!" I thrive in spaces where I can collaborate with people to find ways to make their jobs (and lives, for that matter) easier and more fulfilling via better communication & technology. I find facilitation fun - challenging at times, and incredibly rewarding.
My professional aim is strengthening organizations through intentional collaboration. I truly believe that we are better together, and that when we can learn how to learn together, we will be able to iterate to greatness.
