Declan started his automotive career on the graduate scheme with BMW UK working in training, marketing and sales before leaving to form the training company MFG in 2007. MFG specialised in helping OEMs and dealers in over 30 Global markets to drive footfall and sales through the generation of professional customer appointments via the telephone.  

In our conversation Declan shares how he navigated his way into and then out of BMW U.K. and lays bare the ups and downs he experienced building an international business.
