In our conversation for Career-view Mirror, we talk about the effects of his challenging childhood and how the paradigms instilled in his early years turned him into a voracious learner once he finally got the opportunity. A PhD himself, he has strong views about academia in particular its relevance to business and leadership education which I think you'll find thought provoking and direct. Ted describes himself as a contrarian i.e. a person who opposes or rejects popular opinion. This makes him an entertaining conversation partner. I'm pleased to be able to introduce you to him in this episode and I look forward to hearing what resonates with you.
