Ivor Johnson is the multi award winning Global Fleet Services Senior Director for Pfizer.

He is responsible for above market policy, governance, strategy development and execution for 76 markets operating 14,000 cars and around 800 electric bikes

He manages a global team of fleet professionals and is also responsible for the General Management of two captive leasing entities, one in the UK and one in Ireland.

Prior to joining Pfizer, he co-founded and ultimately sold Fleet Logistics UK before moving into the role of Operations Director at Leasedrive Velo. His first fleet industry role was with Bristol Myers Squibb where he spent seven years ending up as the Associate Director, Global Strategic Sourcing.

From double glazing to car sales is how Ivor describes his career journey. Whilst factually accurate, this summary does not do justice to the contribution he has made to the fleet management industry. In our conversation we go into more detail about the steps he took and the significant and highly transferable lessons he learned along the way. I am pleased to be able to introduce you to Ivor in this episode and look forward to hearing what resonates with you.
