ERA or the rent relief program is overseen by MaineHousing and provides rental and utility relief payments to help eligible renters. To start the application process, you can visit MaineHousing's website.  The program is now accepting applications through September 2022.

If you are facing eviction, or fear you might, please contact Pine Tree Legal Assistance or Legal Services for the Elderly. They have funding to help you even if you don’t qualify for this program.
