Yes, we are talking about space. Since the start of the Space Age, we have always dreamed of a future in the stars. We often use sci-fi to illustrate our visions of the future, and with that comes advancements in more than just space travel technology: everything from AI to medical technology has advanced to a point that we couldn’t envision being within the realm of possibility. And yet, there are a number of technologies that we are beginning to see the prototypes for in the present day, and with that our vision of humanity’s future is becoming clearer.
