I'm so excited when I see the clock turn over to 10:57, so it means I get to begin and press that button. Of course, it's a beautiful morning, a sunny morning here in Bali, and I'm excited to be here. So, first of all, I'm just going to take a few breaths and ask you to think about what kind of week you have had. So, I'm going to first apply Inspiration. I'm going to breathe this in, just so that my intent is to inspire, to be inspired, to inspire someone out there. One of you, all of you, by something that is said or done. So, I'm going to start with the bowl that's sitting in front of me. Just use whatever oil you have selected and listen and breathe it in. Again, good morning and happy Day, happy sunny, bright day, and I wish for each of you, is that bright sunshine fill your being. Just bubbling up so that the excitement, the darker areas can get illuminated.

What are we talking about today? Today, the title is - Are you ready to extend your nap? Last week, we talked about the self application of Gary's neuro auricular technique. Stephen lovingly said, Frances, why don't you call it the neuro auricular process or procedure or practice, whatever p makes you happy, but nap? Because, that's what we're actually doing. We are giving ourselves the new energy of a nap and we talked about particular oils. Last week, I chose to use the oils that were in Gary's original feelings collection. There were 12 blends that were in that collection and when it was reduced down to only 6 blends, there were 6 other really powerful ones that were left out.

So, we talked about them just a little bit and used them. Today, I suggested that each of you select some oils for you to use. I selected, I posted it, the Sacred Mountain, Geranium, Lavender, Copaiba and Northern Lights Black Spruce. I have them sitting in front of me. I also have a lot of other things sitting in front of me. As most of you know, I tend to have a lot of oils around me at all times. Later I'm going to use this. Does anybody have any idea what might be in this box? I have more than one of these boxes, and in this one, I put the 51 holes of oil that were sitting on my desk that I go through every single week. I pick them up, clean off the desk, I rubbed them all, hold the bottles. There were 51 that didn't make it onto the desk this week. Never fear, there are still 22 bottles sitting on my desk in front of me. If you wish, you could actually see them. I am a collector. I love to just collect things, and it's difficult for me to let go. Did any of you feel this way? Well, we are holding on to our stuff all the time and what are the things that hold us back more than anything else? Well, we often feel that we have to do things the way we were taught, exactly and that's why we're going to do things differently today in our neuro auricular practice, process, procedure, whatever you choose to call it. The particular oils that I chose, because actually Sacred Mountain to me, represents that sacred space, I am leaning over here to get my sacred space, it holds that frequency of connection with the source, with your creator above and below of pushing out all the chaos and having that harmony inside. So, that is my first oil that I'm going to apply when I use this technique.
