The accessibility with technology has impacted us greatly, both good and bad. While it may be convenient, it has also allowed us to abandon many core values including respect for one another. I believe that in order for us to not only consider change, but actually take the steps and actions required, we need to understand others perspectives. We are so quick to be in a self serving mentality that we aren't always aware of the impact we are making on those around us. Today, I want to clear the air and help us all move forward in a positive way!

There will be a day that ghosting each other, standing people up, disrespecting others time and being clouded by our own privilege is just a distant memory. For the sake of our children, we must demand this of each other for we are their heros and mentors. We can decide today to change the narrative in which we tell ourselves. Come join me as I deliver different perspectives that can help us learn a new way!
