Mary shares her journey from Boston, Massachusetts to AP and SEND education in inner city Leeds, and explains how she found her passion for supporting children facing challenges. Mary discusses Springwell Leeds' creative approach to its curriculum and describes how being innovative is engaging pupils and providing them with skills to open up growing career opportunities across Leeds.
