Berkeley County School District recently offered a course for educators to engage in innovative practices to build student agency. The goal of the course was to build teacher efficacy resulting in the implementation of these practices into their classrooms. In this episode, we will have a conversation with participants as they will explain the skills and knowledge they learned, how they put them into practice, and the overall benefit of the course.
