When it comes to the inner (or outer) critic, strong action must be taken! In this episode I encourage you to evaluate your shaming thoughts and begin to change the way you interact with them. The critic is not the self. It is a learned response and it's one that causes emotional distress. It's time the voice of the critic be stopped!! We have the ability within our own self to take charge over our thoughts and manage our thinking. If you'd like to continue this conversation with me or for more information please go here.
