He discussed the differences between lean and six sigma, as well as how they complement each other. We talked about the importance of a Lean Six Sigma program when it comes to leadership and the development of high-performing employees. Chad talked about how Lean gives a methodology for keeping the customers in mind while dealing with the reality of business.
